Multi-Bin + Sage MAS 90 . Sage MAS 200
The Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution module is integrated with other Sage MAS 90 ERP or Sage MAS 200 ERP modules, including Inventory Management, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Bill of Materials, Return Merchandise Authorization, Work Order, Bar Code and ScanBlaster. When integrated, each module "shares" common information with any related modules.
The Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution module features the Advanced Distribution window, which "pops up" from windows available in the integrated modules, allowing you to select bin locations to use while entering purchase orders, sales orders, material issues, returns, and work orders.
Multi-Bin + Inventory Management
You must have the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Inventory Management module to use the Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution. Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution reshapes your inventory tracking system and allows you to track multiple bin locations per warehouse per item.
Multi-Bin + Sales Order
The Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution module extends the capabilities of your Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Sales Order module by allowing you to flag inventory items involved in sales orders. In a standard Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 system, sales orders commit inventory. Items are still available for purchase by another customer. Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution commits inventory to another level - allocated. Allocated inventory items are not available for purchase by other customers until you release the items.
Multi-Bin + Purchase Order
Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution modifies the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Purchase Order module to utilize bin locations for receipt of inventory items. Bin locations are also utilized for return of goods and material requisition entries.
Multi-Bin + Return Merchandise Authorization
Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution integrates with the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Return Merchandise Authorization module so that quantity can be distributed to bins before transactions are generated.
Multi-Bin + Bill of Materials
The Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution module integrates with Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Bill of Materials so bin quantities can be tracked throughout the production and disassembly processes.
Multi-Bin + Work Order
The Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution module integrates with Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Work Order so bin distributions can be entered and updated along with each work order entry.
Multi-Bin + Bar Code
Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution modifies the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Bar Code module by expanding the import files to include bin locations.
Multi-Bin + Bar Code + ScanBlaster
The ScanBlaster module is a cost effective barcode scanning solution that you can use with the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Bar Code module. ScanBlaster runs on a Palm OS device with a barcode reader attached, allowing you to scan item barcodes and cut the inventory data entry time in half. ScanBlaster includes a field that allows pickers to enter the bin location from which the item was picked.
Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution and ScanBlaster are designed to work together to provide manufacturers, distributors, importers and exporters the tools to control inventory.
